Teton Leadership Center and Central Wyoming College Present
Teton Talks: Investing in Human Capital: Creating Conditions for Flourishing

Teton Leadership Center (TLC) and Central Wyoming College (CWC) present a free community focused leadership event open to all at the Teton County Library on Tuesday, April 23 at 6:00 pm in the Ordway Auditorium.  The topic of this Teton Talk is Investing in Human Capital: Creating Conditions for Flourishing featuring a panel discussion followed by questions and answers.

TLC exists to ignite a new generation of leaders who prioritize the wellbeing of their people and the natural ecosystem and have a powerful vision for how the world can be a better place. This community conversation between local employers, educators, mental health professionals, and leadership experts explores the questions what does human flourishing mean? What do people in our community need to flourish and thrive? Why does it matter as it relates to your organization's bottom line?

The panel discussion will feature Caroline Croft Estay Chief Potential Officer, Vertical Harvest, Elisabeth Rohrbach, Program Director, Womentum, Beverly Shore, MS, CPS, TC Health Department Community Prevention Coordinator, Thomas Kinney, Chief HR Officer at St. John’s Health and June Darin, Jackson Hole High School Student.  The panel will be moderated by Gary Trauner.

TLC Interim Executive Director , Sue Muncaster, noted.  “As a parent of teens, a Victor City Council member, and Interim ED of TLC, I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of “dignity” and “flourishing” and how we as organizations can contribute to the wellbeing of our people. Not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because I believe it proves better for our bottom line. I am so excited to learn from this diverse panel about what the latest research in mental health combined with their lived experience can teach us about how to empower our families, employees and community members to realize their potential and live their best lives as we tackle the challenges of the future together.”
