This program is designed for children and accompanying adults, who should plan to attend and be engaged with their children. Drop offs are not permitted.
Do you love to knit but never find the time? Come join other fabric artists, a.k.a. procrastiknitters, for a sit-n-knit session at the Alta Branch library. Bring your latest knitting project and we'll provide the space and time for you.
Afterschool with Jackson Hole History Museum
Participation in activities is free and optional for kids who spend after school hours at the library. Kids may also opt to read, work on homework, check out a laptop for up to two hours, or use our public computers. Though the Youth Wing is fully staffed, children in the Youth Wing are not formally supervised outside of the Youth Auditorium activities.
Please consider whether your child is mature enough to handle being unsupervised in a public space before sending them to the library after school.

Teen Creative Collective
Open studio where you can work on your Teen Art & Writing Contest submission, including skits, podcast scripts, writing, poems, art, worldbuilding, game developing, short stories, etc.

Why do we call it high velocity trivia? We’ll have a brief period of chit chat while teams are decided, then it's off to the races, with a question every 30ish seconds until we’re out of questions. Folks can then review their missing answers.
