Purpose of Meeting
Transcendental Meditation (TM), in addition to being an effective mental health practice, provides a well-defined and scientifically validated path to comprehensive individual and societal well-being. By having regular experience of our own inner consciousness in its simplest, most pure, silent state, we cultivate clear thinking, reduce physical imbalance and mental stress. Certified teachers with the TM Center of Jackson, Blair Butterfield and Lucinda Abbe, will speak about the effectiveness of meditation for creating inner and outer peace.
