This month's e-cookbook selection: Istanbul & Beyond: Exploring the Diverse Cuisines of Turkey (Robyn Eckhardt)

Join our bookclub-meets-potluck in Ordway Auditorium the last Sunday of February, March, and April. Each registrant will pick a recipe from the same e-cookbook (on Hoopla), make it, and then bring in the dish to share. If you prefer a paper copy of the recipe, ask for one at the library front desk.

We will discuss the making of our respective dishes (our alterations to the recipes, unexpected outcomes, etc.) before voting on the next e-cookbook. Improve your cooking and meet other foodies!
