Event Details

The Census has been recorded since the 1700s.  Class will include examples of U. S. Census, Mortality Schedules, and State Censuses.  Each one is unique and unlocks clues about immigration, extended families, and more.  The morning session is instruction.  The afternoon session is a continuation  and a chance to search for your records with the class.

Bring your own computer.  if you wish to have digital copies of the schedules, bring a USB for free downloads.
