Join us for a three-hour Process Painting workshop facilitated by Deirdre Morris, local artist and art teacher. Process Painting is a practice developed by Stewart Cubley. It honors the experience of painting over an end product. The goal is the creative act itself, without concern for skill or performance. It is a mindfulness exercise in staying present with the creative impulse. Find inspiration in color and brushstroke, practice tuning in to your intuition; you'll be surprised by where the brush takes you! All supplies provided.
