Join us for a an introduction to qigong with teacher Jordan Potter. Qigong literally translates as being “skilled with energy” or “energy work”. It is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Qigong opens the flow of energy in meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Jordan has been practicing yoga since 2003 and Qigong since 2013. He began teaching in 2016. He is co-owner of Greenhouse Yoga in Teton Valley, ID.
